1. Leadership Development/Executive Coaching

I incorporate a customized, hands-on approach to my group and individual sessions, one that creates measureable success for individuals and their company, and utilizes validated assessment tools called the LSI and LWS. These tools show current and potential leaders their strengths and areas for possible growth. It also is very complementary to many facets of one-on-one coaching that I provide to leaders.

In my Leadership Development Workshop I have been able to identify the underlying thoughts and motivations that guide an individual’s leadership, relationship and communication behaviors. Upon completion of the workshop, participants create a greater awareness of their styles that represents the essence of their effectiveness in leadership, including management roles.

As you are aware, the quality of our thinking and behavior contributes greatly to our work performance. Fortunately, we have the power to change ineffective thinking and behavior - the kind that can paralyze effectiveness. But first we need to know if what we're doing now is supporting or detracting from quality performance.

This full day (8 hour) workshop:

• Develops strategies for working together to increase productivity
• Explores personal and professional strengths and integrating them into the job
• Converts difficult work problems into new opportunities
• Identifies roadblocks to leadership and how to overcome them

The cost per participant ranges from $200 - $400 for the full day (8 hour) workshop, assessment, manual, and other handouts depending on inventory/assessment tool used. More information regarding available assessments can be obtained by contacting my office.

2. Team Building Workshops

My team building workshops are designed to create a new level of teamwork awareness, not only in management, but in every member of your team.

After gathering information about your team I create a detailed outline of the team building program I recommend. Depending on your style and current situation, your workshop may include:

• Team building activities
• Interactive training & exercises
• Assessments
• Role play
• Facilitated group discussions

My workshops range from relatively short one-hour programs that can be included in an already-scheduled meeting or conference, to a dedicated, one or multiple-day event. My team building workshops build the spirit of teamwork by creating a teamwork experience in a different context.

You can schedule your team building workshop on-site or in an off-site location, such as a hotel, resort or meeting facility. By getting everyone out of the daily work context and into a new, teamwork-focused context, I can create a powerful experience that results in a new level of teamwork awareness and organizational change.

Once your team experiences one of our workshops, you will want to develop an ongoing team building program. I can design a program for you that will keep the energy building, consisting of:

• Periodic team building workshops conducted by me, or by your in-house training people
• Initiatives, assessments and tools, designed to increase awareness and accountability
• One-on-one coaching and consulting with managers, supervisors and key members of your team
• Training seminars and workshops to build interpersonal skills

Team building is what effective leaders do every day. They do it because they are aware of the value of teamwork, and they see how their attitudes and actions either build teamwork or break it down. When every member of your team becomes an effective leader, teamwork flourishes. Team building requires awareness, and awareness requires action.

3. Relationship Coaching, including couples, families, and groups

The objective in relationship coaching is to restore trust and honest, more effective communication. Sometimes trying to fix your own relationships is especially challenging because of the personal connection you have to the relationship. Also, most of us do not have tools necessary to resolve the issues associated with our own relationships.

As a trained and intuitive listener I am able to understand the problems and situations you are experiencing. Often the solutions to our relationship problems are close at hand, but we just lack the personal awareness.

If you are experiencing challenges and difficulties in your relationship(s) I can help you find solutions and paths to ease tension, stress and the emotional burdens that often accompany such situations.

Pre-marital or pre-co-existence coaching: I work with couples who are considering marriage or living together as well.

Fees:

• Life Coaching for individuals: The coaching fee is $350 and €255 per month or 4 sessions.
• Couples’ and family coaching: $500 and €365 per month for four sixty minute sessions
• Stand-alone sessions: One hour sessions are $175 and €130.
• Group or couples stand alone sessions: The cost of one hour sessions for groups or couples is $175 and €130.

Available discounts:

For individuals the cost is $350 and €255 for ONE month, $900 and €685 for THREE months, or $1800 and €1350 for SIX months or $3500 and €2600 for TWELVE months or ONE year paid in advance.

For couples and/or families the cost is $500 and €365 for ONE month, $1300 and €950 for THREE months, or $2600 and €1850for SIX months or $5000 and €3350 for TWELVE months or ONE year paid in advance.

Payment procedure:

Payment is made in advance for each month of coaching. The first coaching session will begin once this agreement is signed, sent to me, and the first payment is received. I don’t permit late payments, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you are having a challenge, just let me know. Otherwise, if you constantly pay late, I will ask that you find another coach. Payment can be made by check, credit card, PayPal or cash and are paid in advance of each month or three sessions. If I raise my fee during the first six months of our relationship, your fee will not change. After the first six months, we’ll discuss any new applicable increase.

There is a six (6) month minimum commitment for four sixty-minute coaching sessions per month.

Leadership and Business Coaching

Typical costs:

$250 and €185 per hour workshop for groups

$1550 and €1100 per day workshop for groups (1/2 payable upon booking)

$750 and €550 each for three hour 30, 90, and 180 day follow-up sessions (1/2 payable upon booking)

Four hour workshop for Leadership Assessment and Development

The cost per participant is $175 and €130 for the four hour workshop, assessment, manual, and other handouts. For groups of more than 20 discounts may be available.
