Equine Assisted Coaching
Equine Assisted Coaching (EAC) allows participants a unique environment and experience that promotes physical, professional, spiritual, and emotional growth through meaningful engagement with horses.
Horses are master healers and teachers can help us find inner peace and develop a solid foundation for transformation.
Why? Horses only care about the present moment and require authenticity for engagement. Being highly social, acutely perceptive, and highly tuned prey animals, horses mirror people and give us clear and immediate feedback into ourselves. Being herd animals, horses understand leadership and teach us the qualities of leadership, responsibility, and healthy boundaries.
Working with the horses and David, a certified equine-assisted coach, can help you identify your current inner state and assist you in helping to identify a plan on how to manage, heal, or move forward from that state.
How does EAC work?
EAC involves non-riding human and horse interactions from the ground with the coach as a facilitator. (No horse riding). These sessions guide participants on a journey of learning and understanding and individuals are encouraged to transfer the experiences they've had with the horses into their personal and professional lives. Activities with horses can serve as a metaphor for life challenges and helps bring to clarity on how to resolve these issues. No prior experience with horses is needed. Bring an open mind, closed-toe shoes, and come experience what the horses can teach you.
A three month minimum commitment is recommended for best results. Please inquire directly for rates, a sliding scale is available for qualified candidates.

"David, After only one session with the horse I feel so calm and full of hope. I now believe there is hope for me to be a better person. Thank you so much. I can't wait for my next session!" Emma, 51, Elk Grove, CA
"Working with David I found my words that apply to relationships and I found out how I apply them in the "real world" through my work with a horse. I realized that everyone has their own "words" or way of expressing themselves. I would like to be more open to hearing others "unspoken words" and learn to value them more. The experience was so much more than I had imagined. I feel so calm and hopeful, there IS hope for me to be a better person. Thank you so much." Sue B. 60, Sacramento
